REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience of setting up scalable architectures and systems, with caching, message queues, databases, microservices, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes concepts like pods, services, deployments and secrets
- Experience working with containerized applications in Docker
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Ability to setup monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud applications (experience in Datadog is a plus)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Argo CI/CD, and GitHub Actions
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Ensure site reliability of the infrastructure and maintain disaster recovery plan
- Document DevOps process and apply practices for Infrastructure as Code
- Automate process for deploying new services
