$96,600.00 - $206,100.00

- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of AI experience, either in a product management, technology or consulting capacity
- 3+ years of experience driving efforts at a large enterprise Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban in a multi-team environment
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business, technology and risk teams
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Experience effectively working under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and crisis management
- Demonstrated continuous improvement, quality methodology and project/operations delivery skills
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Digital Product Managers who will be a part of the Foundational AI Platform Products team. This role will partner with lines of business to orchestrate intake and leadership reviews of Generative AI use cases. The role will also collaborate with data science and technology teams as they collectively deliver GenAI solutions to the lines of business.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
