Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Readiness and Enablement Manager to drive ongoing digital change within Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking Digital Division. This role will be responsible for collaborating with project teams against key goals and ensuring partners are equipped with the appropriate information to take on the change successfully. This is done through driving the strategy for client communications, internal change communications, sales enablement, and marketing activities and ensuring the right representatives are engaged and driving the deliverables forward effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on executing a variety of strategic initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of Commercial Bank and Corporate and Investment Banking Digital experiences through leading change management efforts, and provide ongoing support for Senior Digital Readiness and Enablement team members.
  • Lead initiatives managing all activities in a project/initiative life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, and post-implementation monitoring associated with work efforts that may be long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope, and complexity.
  • Ensure full understanding of initiative impacts and care for throughout the planning and execution of the change.
  • Demonstrate understanding of change management methodologies and required documentation to meet deliverables.
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide resolution of issues and ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
  • Present recommendations for setting, tracking, and managing project/initiative deliverables and develop business related tasks for planning and tracking.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and deliverables while achieving project goals.
  • Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Create and execute communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities
  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
  • Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Digital Readiness and Enablement staff within the group.
