Several years of relevant working experience (lead developer, solution or domain architect, or similar)
Masters’ degree or similar qualification in relevant field
TOGAF, ArchiMate, SCRUM/SAFe certifications are an advantage
Strong analytical and communication (and intercultural) skills
Capability to combine conceptual, logical, and physical levels
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strategic awareness
Commercial and financial awareness in your field of work

Central responsibility for divisional architecture
Architectural leadership, guidance, and consulting in the scope of the division
Creation of methods and practices for division architecture
Alignment of divisional architecture to the Miba AG Enterprise Architecture
Identifiying and translating divisional business drivers and requirements into appropriate technology strategy and digital solutions
Ensuring delivery of products and services agreed in the scope of Enterprise Architecture
Ensuring accurate documentation for division architecture
