Description:
What you’ll be doing::
As our Lead End User Support Engineer you’ll be responsible for supporting iomart’s IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising IT systems, providing technical support to end-users, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies.
This role will be based in site at our London office with travel to other sites as required.

- Have excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Are proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Are familiar with system administration, network configuration, and security practices
- Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Have good analytical skills to optimise system performance and efficiency.
- Have strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
