Description:
Responsibilities:
- Principally responsible for the project delivery of power unit functional, durability and attribute validation testing
- Ensure that the team are aligned with the requirements, tests are executed, and all dependencies (enablers) are in place on time
- Lead and support relevant technical reviews and issue resolution through established processes and standard JLR tools, ensuring appropriate escalation of issues for resolution as necessary
- Owning team metrics for key outputs, including issue tracking, technical report delivery, and functional status. Review regularly and use leadership to ensure consistent high-quality outputs
- Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers of the department effectively. Lead interaction resolving any issues or conflicts and ensuring appropriate escalation for resolution as necessary
