We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing cutting-edge solutions. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, guiding the engineering team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions for our smart shopping platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
