Lead Engineer - Cloud DevOps

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in cloud-based systems.
• Experience with the Planning, creation and management of AWS Accounts with AWS Control Tower, Organisations, Landing Zones, CloudTrail etc.
• Experience with AWS Billing/Budgeting/Quota Management and reporting to multiple business units for cross charging.
• Proven and demonstrated experience with AWS, including AWS Connect and Contact Centre solutions, as well as call flow methodologies, queues, prompts, user management, roles and permissions.
• Minimum of AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification required.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience with key AWS services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Proficiency in automating deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes using CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices, with experience integrating security into the DevOps pipeline.
• Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance, including performing security assessments and audits.
