The Lead Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Lead Software Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Full Stack Engineer develops, tests, and deploys software for our critical Utilization Management application that deals with addressing the prior authorization needs of several million Medicare and Medicaid Member population. We are seeking someone who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. Our core UM platform built on MVC, .net and angular frameworks supports multiple different initiatives that aims at providing best in class service to our members with very minimal provider abrasions and in accordance with our CMS Guidelines. You’ll collaborate with fun and close-knit agile teams to develop, implement, test, mentor and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree
