Your responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting ongoing projects from Tender through Development and Execution.
- Acting as Point of Contact / Subject Matter Expert in Assembly and Test of Oil & Gas Subsea Products.
- Developing and implementing improvements and best practices to Production Engineering and Assembly & Test processes.
You are meant for this job if:
- BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanics, Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar).
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Design & Development or Production & Manufacturing.
Skills:
- Experience as a Design Engineer or Lead Engineer within the Oil & Gas Subsea Machinery,
- Experienced in the development of Oil & Gas Subsea Products and associated Production, Services or Engineering documentation,
- Experienced in pressure testing requirements, lifting standards and offshore operations.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Production & Manufacturing processes,
- Expert in pressure testing and/or lifting standard requirements,
- Fluent English & Polish.

- Ability to lead and coach functional teams in remote locations,
- Broad knowledge of Subsea Completion Systems (Product and Operational awareness).
