We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to lead Software and Advanced People Flow related development in Engineering unit of KONE Europe Supply Chain. We customize, design, and develop KONE solutions for customer specific needs, and you’ll play a key role by bringing your expertise to Control Systems Engineering team.
In the role you’ll have an opportunity to collaborate closely together with our engineering teams, KONE R&D, tendering and supply management, production and KONE Front Lines. We expect you to work with the stakeholders and be able to ensure reliable and cost competitive solutions for our customers.
EDUCATION AND CORE SKILLS
· B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent area
· 5+ years of technical background in software or electrical engineering
· Self-driven team player with good collaboration, networking and influencing skills
· Problem solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
· Customer orientation and innovation skills
· Good skills in English
· Ability to work under pressure
FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE ASSET
· Knowledge of Software and Electrical engineering tools
· Expertise in Software development or in Electrical engineering
· Knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes
· Understanding of elevator system and sub-systems
· Experience of Lean, Six sigma and Agile practices and ways of working
