Description:
As the Lead Executive Talent Partner at Bauer Media Group, you will spearhead our executive recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract and secure the best leadership talent in the industry. Collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team and HR leaders, you will drive a newly implemented, group-wide executive recruitment process. We seek a strategic, forward-thinking individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to elevate our hiring experience and build a future-ready talent pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING ALONG:
- Executive Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in executive talent acquisition, with a focus on VP+ roles and a deep understanding of best practices and processes
- Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and develop relevantproactive recruitment strategies
- Communication and collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Delivery-oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
