EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • 6+ years of experience in UX or experience design, with a proven track record of successful client projects that showcase both design and strategic leadership.
  • Expertise with design tools like Figma, Miro, and others, as well as knowledge of testing and user feedback platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present complex design concepts and insights in a way that resonates.
  • Strong experience in mentoring and leading team members, with the ability to inspire and elevate the team’s work.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive user research initiatives and integrate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
