We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer who will participate on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in facilities, warehouse, or logistics management, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and best practices for warehouse safety.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be a US citizen.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

HavocAI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our warehouse, logistics, equipment, shipping, and receiving processes. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our physical facilities and resources, contributing to our mission of driving innovation in artificial intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and maintain storage systems for easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of equipment and materials between facilities and to clients or partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment remains operational and in good condition.
  • Support procurement efforts by sourcing and recommending vendors for equipment purchases.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Streamline processes to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse, logistics, and shipping activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational needs.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Provide support for company events, meetings, or other activities requiring logistical coordination.
