Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to support the Small and Business Banking balance sheet and revenue forecasting process for the lending portfolio. While providing key support for the portfolio, this role will serve as the lead liaison to multiple partner teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead targeted efforts including guiding other teammates through balance sheet and revenue quarterly forecasts, related CCAR, and Resolution Planning for the Small and Business Banking lending products
  • Serve as a key liaison with the Small & Business Banking Risk team, including risk appetite and loss analysis
  • Make recommendations to peers, stakeholders, and leaders
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with appropriate skepticism to review, challenge and enhance current processes; take ownership to execute
  • Drive analytics to provide management with meaningful insight into underlying impacts of balances and revenue trends
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, establish controlled processes, and support ongoing strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Help build strong relationships and partner closely with Small Business Finance teammates and other key stakeholders, including Small and Business Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Enterprise Risk Group, and Risk Modeling Group to drive results and execute on deliverables
