• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration; MBA preferred at least 3-5 years relevant experience with plant controlling (experience within the chemical/pharma industry is an asset)
• Experience with Operational Excellence - Lean Sigma Methodologies Greenbelt to Blackbelt
• Very good leadership and interpersonal skills with a communicative and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on financial insights.paced, dynamic environment
• Extensive experience with financial data, reporting and business intelligence applications (e.g. SAP DI/CO, SAP BW/BO, Power-BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Data-Iku, Knime)
• Fluent in Englisch and German, Spanish is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
