THE ROLE
Are you a highly dedicated professional seeking a new challenge? We’re looking for a top-tier candidate to join our team on a fixed-term basis until May 2026, covering for an internal secondment.
The Lead – Operations Finance will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial results for CBH Operations, acting as a finance business partner to provide financial support, analysis, and insights.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the Operations Finance team, assisting the Manager – Operations Finance in enhancing team engagement, coaching team members, and leading key financial processes. Your experience in managing deadlines, mentoring staff, and delivering results under multiple competing priorities will be essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide guidance and support to the business and specialists including best practice budget & forecast preparation, month end close & reporting
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights around cost management
- Ensure financial compliance with financial regulations and accounting policy
- Lead and drive accurate and timely completion of month end, budget and forecast cycles
- Lead the resolution of issues arising during budgeting & forecasting and as part of month end review of costs
