JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Flutter Developer to oversee the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in mobile app development, with specific experience in Flutter. As a Lead Flutter Developer, you will play a critical role in guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering exceptional mobile solutions. This role demands a strong leader who can drive technical innovation, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with other departments.

CANDIDATE REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, specifically in Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with native Android or iOS development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Flutter applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX, and QA to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Flutter developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee code quality, establish best practices, and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Architect complex mobile solutions and ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align mobile development initiatives with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development.
