Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: ServSafe Manager Certification
- Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position
- 2 years experience using food production software (i.e. Computrition), process orders essential for food operations, print necessary reports and update recipes in the data base
- 3 years Production and Retail Leads: Experience working in a high volume, full service restaurant or institutional food service facility
