DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
The Digital Experience tribe is focusing on the customer experience to improve the experience on our digital channels. The Corporate Bank Portal will be the eco system of the future where the clients can access all the needs in one single platform and exactly this platform and experience, we are creating within our tribe.
As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our complex web applications. You will be part of a team of fullstack developers, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative frontend solutions.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Proficiency in semantic HTML, and modern CSS and at least of the most common security threats (OWASP Top 10)
- Proven, recent and battle tested 5+ years old expertise in React.js and core principles of modern frontend development. Knowledge of other libraries (Vue, Svelte, Remix, Nextjs) is a bonus.
- Expert level JavaScript knowledge (vanilla and DOM). Proficiency in TypeScript is also a requirement
- Experience working with Node.js, asynchronous programming and understanding of web networking and cryptographic concepts
- Familiarity with Web Accessibility (i.e., WCAG 2.x specifications)
- Verifiable Open Source contributions, and / or involvement in the frontend community would be a big nice plus
- Experience with the leadership of small to medium sized engineering teams is a plus
- Robust English communications skills, in writing and speaking
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be interfacing with the senior tech leadership with discussions involving the way of working in your team, high level technical implementation, and provide and analyse software engineering metrics
- You will be autonomously writing tech spec and implementing any new React feature in our web application, from start to finish, handling the relationship with backend developers, other frontend developers and API design, where applicable
- You will be interacting and communicating daily with the Design team to provide solid and accessible UX
- You will be involved in design decisions about the future the of the application and the platform
- As a lead developer, you will also be actively part of our constant efforts to improve the general quality of our code, testing new technology, mentor less senior team members and implement SDLC best practices
