TECH STACK:

We are seeking someone with strong experience in the following technologies:

• Front-End Development: Next.js, React
• Back-End Development: Nest.js, Node.js, Flask (Python)
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• AI Technologies: Experience integrating machine learning models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production systems.
• Architecture: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on services for AI and machine learning deployments
• APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong emphasis on building AI-driven products.
• AI Expertise: Experience working with AI frameworks, deploying machine learning models, or building AI-driven features.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Next.js and React, as well as back-end frameworks like Nest.js and Flask.
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization (MongoDB and PostgreSQL).
• Experience with microservices-based architecture and scalable system design.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
• Product management skills: ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical execution.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion for AI and a desire to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in customer engagement.

You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of our AI-powered solutions while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

• Lead AI Product Development: Drive the design, architecture, and development of CloudRep AI’s platform and AI products.
• Hands-On Coding: Set a high standard for the team by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• AI Integration: Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into the product ecosystem.
• Product Ownership: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
• Scalable Architecture: Design and maintain microservices-based architectures to ensure performance and reliability.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring smooth product delivery and innovation.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies, especially in the AI domain, to maintain a competitive edge.
