Lead Full Stack Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• expert in Java,
• experience building backend services with Spring framework,
• preferable experience with Angular and/or one of the following front-end frameworks: React, Vue, AngularJS,
• SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, Mysql, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch),
• knowledge of ORM tools (e.g. EntityFramework, nHibernate, Hibernate),
• CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI),
• knowledge of Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud),
• experience in Agile development environment.

• research, evaluate, architect and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions,
• stay on top with latest technologies,
• share knowledge and know-how of software best practices inside and outside of the team,
• lead the team (around 30% of time), as well as work independently toward assigned goals,
• oversee day-to-day operation,
• set and monitor team performance,
• discover training needs and provide coaching,
• listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts,
• recognize high performance and reward accomplishments,
• motivate team members,
• encourage creativity and risk-taking,
• suggest and organize team building activities.
