THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re searching for a driven individual who has a passion for enabling enterprise organisations through the successful best practice implementation technology solutions. We’re specifically looking for a S/4 HANA Finance champion to steer us forward and create the future of our organisation. This is a highly strategic role that offers a unique opportunity to blend your affinity for technology, change, and stakeholder engagement into one. You will be responsible for the implementation of all S/4 HANA Finance modules including FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), TR (Treasury), and FM (Funds Management).

We’re looking for a thought leader with exceptional communication skills who is prepared to act as a trusted advisor, driving continuous improvement initiatives and driving practice across all finance processes including lead to cash, procure to pay, design to operate and recruit to retire processes. As a key driver in the evolution of our organization’s financial processes, your role is pivotal in innovating, designing, documenting, and developing the future of our S/4 HANA Finance solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring these solutions are aligned with industry best practices and effectively governed as they extend across all global operations. THE FIT

You’ll have a proven track record of successfully delivering finance related projects at an enterprise scale with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Finance. You’ll also have an in depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, taxation and regulatory requirements.
You’ll excel as a strategic member of our team with your experience working in complex entries environments, renowned for your adept communication, presentation style, and ability to build relationships. You will be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deep understanding of business processes.
You’ll bring with you a continuous improvement mindset and passionately invest in staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practice.

Some of the keys skills and experiences we’re looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with substantial experience in SAP systems.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven track record of leading SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, including implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Experience in leading or significantly contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), TR (Treasury), and FM (Funds Management).
• Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, and financial planning within the S/4HANA framework.
• Ability to manage organizational change and user adoption processes for S/4HANA Finance
• Demonstratable ability to drive fit-to-standard and SAP Finance best practices into business processes.
