Tesco Property Maintenance are looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Maintenance Team! You will be responsible for

  • Implementing the Property strategy to pursue the buyback of store assets sold either through JVs or individually to investors
  • Work in detail to identify and analyse assets for buyback, track in the market, complete transactional due diligence
  • Providing general investment analysis and advice of assets and portfolios, maintaining market knowledge
  • Project management, liaising with property advisors and agents
  • Deal making to deliver relative to the ambitions of the Property strategy.
  • Fulfilling future requirements for office acquisition subject to LTP approval which will benefit the customer and profit through operational efficiency in the future.
  • Delivering a full professional service in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals & re-gears for large stores, logistics and office properties to seek to remain within the allocated annual rent budget
  • Collaborating widely both within and outside of my direct team and the business to take people with me.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
  • Undertaking Special Projects

You will need

  • RICS Qualifications (MRICS)
  • Experience working on a Landlord and Tenant capacity
  • Building & Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Budget Management & Property Market knowledge
  • Influencing and negotiation Skills
  • Leadership of External Stakeholders
  • Experience in business improvement
  • Knowledge of Assets & Estates functions
  • Experience of using data and report writing
