  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospect information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in lead generation and sales prospecting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online networking techniques for lead generation.
