REQUIREMENTS:

  • Needs to have experience in lead generation via cold email or Linkedin outreach
  • Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Proven ability to research and identify potential leads in a target market.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using various sales and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and target companies within the assigned market.
  • Utilize various lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruiting services to prospective clients.
  • Initiate contact and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to explore business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass them on to the recruiting team for further follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and refine lead-generation strategies.
