Lead Generation Specialist

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Video editing experience (corporate or VA role) essential.
• Strong project management mindset; ability to follow, improve, and create processes.
• Proficiency in:
• Email Marketing Platforms (primarily Mailchimp)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Go High Level (or similar platforms)

• Lead Qualification & Outreach: Evaluate and qualify leads, pull organic leads from various sources, and send emails to prospects.
• Client Reviews: Secure online reviews and feedback from clients.
• Outbound Calls: Conduct initial prospecting calls.
• Tech Setup Tasks:
• Collect login details from students and organize accounts (Email Marketing Platform, Meta, etc.).
• Set up landing pages (Sales, Opt-In, Thank You) using templates.
• Configure, send, and track emails on Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Lead Gen Support:
• Guide students through tech onboarding and advise on platform selection.
• Track student progress using internal project management tools.
• Advise students on their lead generation strategy based on internal methods.
