Swift Home Improvement specializes in residential water and air treatment products, our company has the most state-of-the-art equipment currently available on the market.
We want to expand our team with motivated individuals who want to make more than average. Our team presents products directly to our consumers, you will be expected to generate leads from our campaigns.
We are looking to fill 3-4 Full-time positions immediately.
You should have prior experience generating leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales objectives to succeed in this position.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialists to join our team at the sponsored Home Depot store in Aurora. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will engage with Home Depot customers to promote and schedule in-home water tests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach Home Depot customers in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our in-home water testing service.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of water testing and the importance of water quality.
  • Schedule appointments for in-home water tests with interested customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a positive light.
  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.
