Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead Generator to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting the CEO, management team, and sales department with various administrative tasks, office management, and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently, along with a proven track record in B2B/IT/SaaS sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with perfect written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in customer service and sales support.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work 3-5 half days per week, with some in-office time (flexible work-from-home options available).
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team.
  • Assist in organizing events and managing logistics.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure action points are followed up.
  • Help run the office, supporting both remote and on-site staff.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Support the sales team by arranging meetings, managing CRM data, and keeping track of leads.
  • Create presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
  • Occasionally join client meetings and deliver presentations about the company.
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned by the management team.
