As we expand our reach beyond criminal digital forensics for law enforcement, we are seeking a motivated Lead Generator to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in other sectors, such as corporate investigations, cybersecurity, fraud detection, Accreditation Support, the provision of training & consultancy and more.
The Lead Generator will be at the forefront of identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new business opportunities that align with SYTECH’s strategic vision for growth beyond the law enforcement sector. As a pivotal player in our expansion into the corporate, legal, and private arenas, you will conduct thorough research on potential clients, spearhead outreach initiatives, and develop a dynamic pipeline of qualified leads.
The perfect fit for this role will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a background in lead generation or business development.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in sectors such as corporate investigations, fraud detection, legal, cybersecurity, and insurance.
- Cold Outreach: Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the business development/sales team.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their fit with SYTECH’s service offerings, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends and developments in the digital forensics, cybersecurity, and related fields to identify new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date tracking of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collaboration with Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads and assist in tailoring outreach efforts based on feedback.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets, contributing to the overall growth of SYTECH’s client base outside law enforcement.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to ensure a steady pipeline of future opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results to senior management.
In addition, the role will include administrative tasks such as ensuring the visibility of the company profile and confirming our registration on relevant buyer platforms and directories. The Lead Generator will also be tasked with registering SYTECH and its various business operations with the approved supplier lists of major organisations, companies, and agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors like corporate investigations, fraud detection, cybersecurity, legal services, or insurance is highly desirable.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and engage with potential clients effectively.
    • Research Skills: Proficient in conducting research to identify potential leads and gather relevant business intelligence.
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM software to track leads and manage the sales pipeline (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Target Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales and business development to achieve shared goals.
