EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in GNC, with proven expertise in algorithm development, modeling, and simulation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
• Strong coding skills in C++ and/or Python for algorithm development.
• Deep knowledge of sensors, actuators, and other satellite hardware used in GNC systems.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, with the ability to manage resources, mentor engineers, and coordinate across departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on driving project success and technical excellence.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As the Lead GNC Engineer at EnduroSat, you will drive the design, development, and optimization of the guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems across our spacecraft missions. This role is a blend of hands-on technical work and leadership, where you will guide the GNC team to deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions. We seek someone with both deep technical expertise and the capability to lead projects and mentor a high-performing team.
