Job Description:
As an instrumental member of our Life Sciences department, the Lead Growth Marketing Manager role will play a critical role in engagement and growth strategy for Phreesia Life Sciences. You will be responsible for creating meaningful and effective marketing strategies so we can continue to deliver on Phreesia’s mission – making care easier every day. You will work closely with teams across the organization and collaborate regularly with our Product, User Experience, Creative, Market Development, Analytics and Insights, and other internal teams.
This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead marketing growth strategies that are in line with site goals and that improve user experience and support conversion on Medifind and Phreesia Life Sciences sites.
  • Effectively work with others within the marketing department that will support growth strategy including teams that manage Content, Social, and Email.
  • Analyze and monitor site and performance data to optimize SEO campaigns, offer recommendations, and generate new ideas. Gain a deep understanding of internal and external reporting to be able to analyze performance data, add relevant nuance to interpretations and projections.
  • Leverage research including market trends, industry changes, benchmarks, and other competitive intelligence to inform recommendations.
  • Foster buy-in with diverse stakeholders and move your projects down the field. Develop skills to present the most valuable information concisely and compellingly for different audiences.
  • Mentor junior team members to improve SEO and content marketing skills, including adopting best practices and promote independent thinking and self-sufficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of Marketing experience with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience leading SEO, SEM or other growth marketing initiatives
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Proven success in managing marketing programs and meeting KPIs
  • Experience in performance/funnel analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify actionable insights and propose data-driven recommendations
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to identify solutions that may work for a given problem, and articulate benefits/drawbacks that may arise from implementing each solution and elements of the problem that will not be addressed by proposed solutions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems required
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics required (GA certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform a plus

Base pay for US is $140,000 – 160,000 USD depending on qualifications.
