JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As Lead HR Partner you will be supporting a large client group in all HR related aspects such as providing guidance to People Leaders, Employees and organizational strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree preferably in Law, Economics, Psychology or Political Science
  • Proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management in the industrial sector in Italy
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian Labor law, contract arrangements, and HR best practices
  • MS Office mastery
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day HR activities, ensuring operational success, follow-up on the annual HR priorities and driving alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives (i.e. recruiting, talent management, employee and leadership development, workers council collaboration, HR administration, tracking of HR budget, annual HR processes, etc.)
  • Ensure collaboration, involvement, and alignment between global and country/local HR processes by working closely together with the HR Plant leader, global HRBPs and the Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and management on all HR-related topics
  • Support cross company culture initiatives by shaping and driving the people agenda and creating a positive employee experience through embedded HR initiatives, change management and effective communication
  • Lead a recruitment strategy that attracts candidates with the right skills and ensure a positive candidate experience through effectively forecasting and managing vacancies
  • Collaborate and assess Learning and Development needs and solutions to drive a highly engaged and productive workforce in line with the assigned budget
  • Act as a point of escalation for advice or involvement with any disciplinary, grievance, capability, investigation, or other employee relations hearings; manage complex employee relations casework and ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with Compliance regulations
  • Prepare appropriate HR reports as requested
  • Advise managers on terms and conditions of employment, ensuring legislative and legal requirements are met
