Description:
Do you want a chance to mentor, train, and coach others? The Employee Resource Information Center (ERIC) needs an ERIC Technician Lead to assist with training new employees and to audit for quality assurance for On-boarding, and human resources personnel actions. The lead may functionally supervise and coordinate the work of ERIC staff and may provide back up for the supervisor(s) as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience MS Excel and Word.
- Led special projects.
- Has experience training others and identifying weaknesses.
- Has quality assurance experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Employee Resource Information Center (ERIC) Technician Lead performs:
- Quality control duties including approval of human resource and On-boarding transactions to ensure consistency of process and application of DHRM rule to promote integrity of data between ERIC and its customers.
- Reviews customer service survey feedback.
- Discovers errors through audits.
- Runs weekly report audits.
- Tracks I-9 timeliness.
- Assists management in identification of “pain points”, common mistakes, and process constraints.
- Advises on potential strategies/remedies to human resource related processes, policies, practices, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Provides expertise and training.
- Develops formal and informal remedial and quality service training as necessary.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of written processes and procedures.
- Schedules and/or coordinates appointments, meetings, facilities, or other activities; gathers materials and follows up as needed.
