Our platform connects inspection requesters (our customers) with service providers (inspectors/mechanics) across Canada, making us the Uber of car inspections.

Responsibilities:

This unique role is unlike any other, combining 50% of the job on-site and 50% of computer work.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing inspections (50% of the time)
  • You’ll travel to one place to perform mobile outdoor inspections. You’ll have to perform the inspections no matter the weather.
  1. Reviewing inspector network reports (50% of the time)

Quality assurance

  • Review all inspection reports to ensure quality and consistency, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your mechanical expertise.
  • Validate all inspection reports within designated deadlines.
  • Analyze, investigate, and edit reports when necessary.
  • Provide daily feedback to inspectors to help them excel.

Support the Operations Team

  • Address technical automotive questions from the operations team.
  • Assist in recruiting qualified inspectors by evaluating their technical expertise.

Training and Mentoring Inspectors

  • Answer questions from our network of over 150 mechanics.
  • Review their work to maintain quality standards and provide regular feedback.
  • Train inspectors for specific inspection missions, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped for success.
