Job Purpose
Defines and leads engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Provides the highest level of expertise on technical-technological solutions and engineering innovations.
Defines engineering solutions within tenders.
Identifies and analyses risks associated with engineering tasks.
Efficiently contributes to the client relations through presentations, meetings, interfaces
Supports the knowledge development within the discipline by providing guidance, trainings and mentoring to engineers.
Ensures that engineering documents meet the general quality requirements, codes, and standards.
Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites, including direct supervision of Subsea/Surface Engineers.
Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards.
Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities).
Interfaces with other Lead Engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning.

BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with experience in the field as a minimum
