Responsibilities:
Sygnum’s diverse and talented team of banking, investment and DLT experts is shaping the development of a trusted digital asset ecosystem.
As a member of the IT leadership team, you will be responsible for the further development of IT and data strategy as well as the strategic adaptation of AI. As a shaper, you will also take the lead in the communication and implementation strategies in collaboration with the IT team.
Together with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) you will also take care of the recurring updates with the Senior Management and Board of Directors, and you will take up the role of Secretary of the Technology Committee.
The diverse responsibilities within the CIO office will be an exciting challenge, and you will also play a key role in supporting the IT management team across various functions. - Develop the IT strategy and lead strategic initiatives for its implementation
- Lead and implement data strategy and governance with decentralized responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI within and beyond our IT division, including strategy and operating model design, stakeholder alignment, and implementation of use cases
- Act as the CIO’s “right hand” on all matters related to IT strategy, priorities, and special analyses (ad hoc)
- Prepare and coordinate Senior Executive and Board level reporting and meetings
- Work closely with cross-functional internal (e.g. Risk, Legal, Ops, IT Security, Investor Relations) and external partners to implement and to execute strategic initiatives
- Support budgeting and cost controlling as well as audit related activities for the IT Function
- Continuously optimize our operating process to further drive efficiency and scalability
