JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS, Java microservices, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and domain expertise in Digital Payment solutions. At least 10+ years of experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Java: 8+ Years
• Microservices: 8+ Years
• AWS: 8+ Years
• PostgreSQL: 8+ Years
• Software Development: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java springboot and PostgreSQL on AWS.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.
• Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams.
• 2+ years of experience in Payment domain
• Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
