Description:

Our banking client is looking for Senior Java Developer to join their team with Try & Hire model.
Try % Hire model includes 3 month “Try” period, after which, you would be hired to the company as a fulltime employee.
Candidate will undergo code test before proceeding for interview.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Senior Java Developer, you will be a key person in the in-house development of new payments services and solutions.
  • Developing microservices and APIs around FIS solutions to enable and support new E2E payment flows in client target payment architecture, and to enable the transformation of other major change programmes, such as the Core Banking Programme.
  • Using and sharing your skills and experience to plan and enhance solutions for client’s customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Cooperating with internal and external teams located in Nordics, Poland and India and client partners.

Description of knowledge and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Java Software Development.
  • Few years’ experiences working as a lead developer
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Spring framework, Spring boot, relational databases and integration of REST services
  • Hands-on experience in microservices and clean code.

Allocation: 100%
Assignment start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months as a consultant -> recruitment for fulltime position
Location: Helsinki. Team is working from the office at least two days per week.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
