We are seeking a talented lead java developer or technical lead to play a pivotal role in launching a groundbreaking innovation in the high-growth global category of RegTech.

In this position you will:

• Lead software development on our enterprise RegTech SaaS application. We expect the role will be 50% hands on coding and 50% technical leadership.
• Drive the development of key dimensions and features of our enterprise SaaS application, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Work with product owners and other stakeholders to create a roadmap for delivery of the program that encompasses both technical requirements and functional requirements from the business
• Ensure the development team is operating effectively in terms of both quality and velocity through implementation of development best practices including agile and CI /CD
