REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in JavaScript development with a strong focus on Node.js
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Launch and its capabilities
• Knowledge of the AEP WebSDK extension and Adobe Analytics integration
• Experience in managing publishing processes and multiple environments
• Proficiency with the Adobe Launch Debugger browser extension
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals and best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
• Experienced with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of online privacy regulations like GDPR
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Develop, test, and maintain JavaScript applications utilizing Node.js
• Construct rules triggered by events with customized conditions and actions using JavaScript code
• Implement the AEP WebSDK extension in rules for transmitting data events to Adobe Analytics via eVars and props
• Oversee the publishing process including managing libraries and various environments
• Apply the Adobe Launch Debugger browser extension for testing and debugging across different environments
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to devise and introduce new features
• Enhance application performance to achieve optimal speed and scalability
• Craft clean, maintainable, and effective code
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced developers
• Keep abreast of current trends and technologies in web development
