Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Labor Relations Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to be part of the Human Resources (HR) Labor Relations team. This team is responsible for strategy, implementation, oversight and maintenance of Wells Fargo Labor Relations programs and policies.
The Lead Business Execution Consultant is a key position within the Labor Relations operations team providing leadership on execution delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as key delegate to the chief of staff, providing critical support for strategic and operational initiatives, including change management, project execution, stakeholder communications, and data management.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as primary delegate to Labor Relations leaders and chief of staff on complex needs/duties/tasks.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver impactful communications and presentations on Labor Relations strategy and status for executive, leadership, regulatory, and Board of Director audiences.
- Fulfill requests for information to support HR and Labor Relations strategic planning process, status updates, and metrics reporting.
- Support Labor Relations leaders and team members in creating presentations, document management, data analysis, and planning, coordination, and execution of key projects.
- Partner with teams across Human Resources and lines of business to increase organizational readiness to support a unionized workforce.
- Help advance team maturity and structure through development of processes/procedures, technology roadmap, and interaction models with key partners.
- Advance team effectiveness in data-driven decision making, operational metrics, and reporting.
- Support labor relations core functions including enterprise manager training, campaign management, collective bargaining, and contract administration.
- Demonstrate flexibility to consistently deliver and adapt to changes in responsibilities, tasks and work alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Labor Relations expertise or relevant HR experience in an organized environment.

- Ability to create and deliver well-articulated communications (e.g., PowerPoint presentations and emails) applying appropriate level of content and detail dependent upon audience and intent.
- Project management skills, analytical skills and/or data management/reporting experience.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior levels, and drive decision making through a collaborative process approach.
- Ability to motivate and influence groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions.
