COMPENSATION DESCRIPTION:
$24.00 – 30.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 40 hours a week on average.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of maintenance experience required.
- Relevant industry licensing and accreditation required along with industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical testing instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail orientated and highly organized
- Basic computer skills.
- Have ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift/carry 30+ lbs.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Should be outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with the public. Work well alone or with other team members.

Responsibilities:
PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOB
The Lead Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of all ranch facilities, property, and equipment. They will assist in providing the best possible experience for our guests and fellow staff by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team to complete HotSOS requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform upkeep, repair, and maintenance on all ranch property, including cabins, lodge rooms, public areas, restrooms, and restaurants.
- Conduct plumbing repairs to water and sewage systems, including the replacement of water heaters, plumbing fixtures, fittings, and clearing of stoppages.
- Maintain pool and hot tub by performing regular maintenance and cleaning.
- Perform carpentry repairs to structural framing and finish work, including replacement of flooring, glass, screens, and drapes.
- Conduct electrical repairs to appliances, fixtures, switches, circuits, and ensure adequate lighting throughout the property.
- Execute painting tasks, both interior and exterior, to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all entrance and storage areas and ensure the property is securely locked up.
- Complete required work orders and daily work logs accurately, documenting receipts as needed.
- Diagnose problems or faulty operations in equipment, replace or repair parts, make adjustments, and report appropriately.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Participate in the standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
- Assist and support the team with projects as needed.
- Develop a working knowledge of heating, cooling, and water systems ranch-wide.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Utilize safety equipment provided appropriately.
- Maintain inventory control of all maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding quickly to issues and completing tasks as needed for the guests and ranch.
- Other duties as requested by Director of Facilities to ensure optimal guest experience.
