Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the optimal operation of the machinery and equipment in the molding rack department. Your main role will be operating injection molding equipment to meet quality and production demand. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Technician degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience (with more than 4 years working as a technician in molding areas).

EXPERIENCE:

• More than 3 years of experience handling maintenance of injection molding machinery and equipment
• Basic knowledge of a certification process in regards to your area of responsibility (ISO 90001, ISO 13485)
• Injection molding experience

SPECIALIZED SKILLS:

• Personality: stable, discreet, dynamic, and a leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as computers, pallet jacks, hoists, drills, millimeters, amperemeters, gauges, verniers, micrometers, chillers, manual torches of propane gas, keys, and dice of all kinds.

• Set up and start up machinery equipment
