Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Within our Tire Plant, you will be responsible of the following:

  • Implementation of new products and new methods
  • Project coordination for the implementation of the Focused Improvement correctives actions
  • Process control and improvement
  • Manufacturing support by leading the waste reduction activities
  • Process Development using “DMAIC” methodology

Reporting to the Technical Team Leader OTR and as a member of the manufacturing plant Quality team, you perform a Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Production Quality role in our Manufacturing Unit Building (MUB). You provide technical expertise and functional experience to ensure product quality, quality systems integrity, process capability, waste improvement and other areas of continuous improvement aligned with the targets and goals of the team.

  • Implement & industrialize new products and processes. Respond to quality and technical problems and issues.
  • Work in a team environment with People Leader, Process Specialist and Reliability Specialist to deliver team KPIs
