Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Lumen is looking for a Lead Marketing Manager who will be the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets Administrator and play a key role on the Digital Marketing Technologies team. This position will be responsible for the health of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository that is part of an ecosystem serving a public-facing website and other marketing channels and enabling sales teams. Organization, teamwork, technical skill, and workflow management are strengths for the successful candidate.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end content transformation by scoping and shaping product strategy, business goals, innovative solutioning, and deliverables for AEM.
- Define and develop a roadmap for the product in line with the product vision and both intermediate and longer-term business objectives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into tailored AEM DAM solutions/product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Develop and implement training, processes, and change management strategies to achieve successful AEM user adoption.
- Deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and stakeholders on AEM DAM functionality and usage.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provides thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot user and backend issues
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors as it relates to the support and development of the DAM
- Develop a system that ensures no asset duplication and enables regular “house cleaning”
- Ensure that digital assets are properly classified, tagged, and formatted for easy retrieval and use.
- Create guidelines for the cataloging, storage, and retrieval of digital assets to maintain consistency and quality.
