Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with a strong background in distributed systems and extensive enterprise software development expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be collaborative, and able to challenge Product Owners and team decisions to achieve the best outcomes. They will focus on the solution delivery (full-stack) and bring consulting experience, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex distributed systems, integrating multiple web applications and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes and implement best practices.
- Act as the interface between solution and development teams, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and technical implementation.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to development teams, especially in frontend (React) and backend (C#, .Net, Azure) architectures.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a coachable and highly collaborative environment.
