Description:
Each Lead Nurse will take on an additional area of responsibility in line with current organisational needs, the area of responsibility will be agreed with the Deputy Director of Nursing and Care and Director of Clinical Services and will be reviewed annually. The additional responsibilities include Policy review/formulation Being an advisory expert resource for the organisation Keeping up to date in speciality area, attending relevant training Training review and ensuring current training delivered reflects latest guidance Reporting to Clinical Governance Committe
