We’re seeking a dynamic Lead of Talent Acquisition to take full ownership of our growing TA function. This role is perfect for someone with strategic talent acquisition experience, eager to elevate their impact and drive high-level recruitment strategies. You’ll be responsible for developing these strategies, ensuring our team meets its goals while fostering performance and innovation. With a focus on shaping the future of our TA efforts rather than daily recruiting, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, venture-building environment. YOU WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL WHILE COVERING:Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for both business and IT roles, including high-level and niche positions (might also drive processes for specific roles).
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies and processes, adapting them as the company grows and priorities shift.
  • Manage talent pipelines, hiring plans, and internal communication flows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Propose creative, out-of-the-box solutions to overcome recruitment challenges, particularly under tight deadlines.
  • Oversee recruitment across multiple markets in EMEA, adapting strategies to meet the unique challenges of each region.
  • Stay updated on market trends and adjust recruitment approaches to remain competitive in talent acquisition.

SKILLS:

  • Strong project management abilities, with experience leading end-to-end recruitment projects.
  • Performance management skills, including setting and achieving key recruitment metrics.
  • Mentoring experience, with a focus on developing team members and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving bottlenecks in recruitment processes.
  • Expertise in recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strategic thinker who aligns TA strategies with broader business goals in a high-growth context.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Open-minded and willing to embrace new tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
