ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Extensive sales management experience.
Proven track record of strong coaching and people development skills.
Successful track record in achieving sales targets.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Experience with digital and multichannel sales concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Competent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Strong analytical skills.

EDUCATION:

Preferred bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent.
